Mexico – Day 75

Shaun left at 9am and walked on the beach to Paradise Village to meet up with Tim the captain of a 75ft yacht called Redneck, who was lending him a kayak to go fishing.  He was on the ocean for 2 hours, very far from shore, but he didn’t get any bites even though he was casting thru a murmuration of bait fish at some point.
Meanwhile Pogo, Max and I went to La Isla for a late breakfast. There were a lot of iguanas so Max went to video them but they were running away. Carlos, one of the waiters, brought lettuce to feed them so she could film them from really close. He brought food 4 times. I don’t want to say anything but he never did that for me….🤔
We met Sergio who was doing the entertainment that day.  Instead of singing, he talked our ears out about his life, his business, etc.  Also very focused on Max and trying to convince her to get involved in his membership travel business.

We picked Shaun up at Starbucks at 1:30pm, went back to the condo to change then left for Punta de Mita. We went to our favorite little rooftop bar called La Terraza de Manolo, so the kids could admire the view. We had a drink then Max and I left a little earlier so we could look at a few shops on our day to dinner. We stopped at the Paradise Lobster bar and found out that they had the raicillia from the distillery we were going to visit the next day.

We met the boys at Mina, formerly Si Señor.  It was as beautiful as ever.  Every corner you looked at, was picture perfect.  We shared queso fundido and calamari.  Pogo and I had red snapper, Shaun had mahi-mahi and Max had octopus.  We all shared a frozen key lime pie.  Max bought me a really pretty bag from a beach vendor!

We came home and all went to bed.
