Sylvie's Travels Home

Very lazy morning. Besides making breakfast, we were on our tablets until I went to Pilates at 11:30am. I saw Andrea, the other instructor, because the one I had seen before, doesn’t work there anymore. I actually really liked her so I will give it another try.

Pogo went to the beach and I talked to Max for almost an hour. We had a lot of catching up to do. I met Pogo in the pool, then we went for a walk on the beach. The tide was low but the sun was high and it was really hot. Pogo continued on the beach and did a little run and I went upstairs to make us some Bloody Caesars which we had in the pool when he returned. Our friends showed up with their drinks. Before we knew it, Pogo had the music going, drinks kept appearing, the sunset went down, funny stories were told and when the pizzas arrived at 8pm, we noticed how pruned our fingers were, or as Pogo like to say RRRRRatatinés, from being in the pool for hours. I think the party continued at Mario and Josée but we came home and went to bed, realizing that we had not had any food since breakfast until the pizza and a few too many drinks. A great time was had by all but maybe not by the other renters….
