We left at 8:30am to go to Bucerias for Pogo and Mario’s foil boarding lessons. They did incredible considering it was a little wavy out there. It was Mario’s first time and he was able to stand on the board pretty quickly. He even was able to go up on foil for a few seconds. This was Pogo’s 3rd try on that kind of board after 2 lessons in Turks and Caicos. He found it challenging with his bad ankle and the waves but he managed to be up on foil most of the time. They were exhausted by the time their hour long lesson was over.
We went for breakfast at Mr Cream, a busy restaurant on Lazaro Cardenas, the main street on the newer side. We both had a fruit platter. Mario’s serving of french toast soaked in berries was huge and Josée had a big omelette.
We hit the beach as soon as we got back since Marta was still cleaning the condo. We then went for a long walk on the beach with our friends. The tide was low and it was not crowded with people.
On our return, some of us rested and some of us read. We all interrupted what we were doing when the fresh donuts boy walked by.
We watch Max’s story on Instagram about her and Gabriel’s skydives. We were laughing at seeing Gabriel’s fainting and snapping out of it like nothing happened. She sent us the full version and he was out for about 5 seconds. It was actually hilarious to watch. I mean, if it had been me, I would not have waken up…
The sunset didn’t disappoint tonight either.
We watched 2 episodes of All Creatures Great and Small.

Those donuts look so freaking tasty
