We went to Mama Nena for breakfast. See you next year Mama Nena! As we were leaving, right in front of our car, we noticed a big dusty tree with some kind of fruit and small flower. I researched it and it is called Noni or Great Morinda. It is said that the fresh fruit has a strong vomit-like odor. Yum… https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morinda_citrifolia
It was still another grey day so I organized a little bit more. I do bring way too much stuff when we come here for the winter. The beach had been emptied of chairs lately and we saw then bringing them back. I assumed that they had taken them to be cleaned. The place will look spic and span for all the owners coming back for the Easter vacation.
We had planned to go to Mina, my favorite restaurant, located in Punta de Minta and suddenly had a great reason to celebrate! Trump had been indicted! Woohoo! Happy Day!
We had an incredible meal starting with queso fundido and tuna sashimi. As my main dish, I had a grilled red snapper filet with garlic and olive oil and Pogo had a full red snapper, zarandeado style. We had flan and churros for dessert. We had great service and the food was delicious. See you next year Mina!
Two golfers, sitting besides us, asked our waiter what his name was and when he said his name was Ernesto, one of the guy said: you have the same name as the guy that cuts my lawn! It was so cringeworthy.
We finished the evening watching a few more episodes of Emily in Paris.
Shaun took a picture of Penny wearing a “Totoro hat”. Haha!
Max finished her first tour in Mexico City. Everything went well besides the fact that yesterday one of the guests tested positive for Covid.

His outfit will now match his skin tone perfectly
