It wasn’t a good night. At all. I woke up at 2am and went to the bathroom with tummy issues until 4am. Slept until 6am and continued my visits to the bathroom for another 2 hours. I was also freezing the whole night. I was wearing my thick fleece jacket under the cover and was still shivering.
Deidre didn’t have a good night sleep either for no apparent reasons.
Derrick returned his bike to Bucerias and Pogo went to get him. He dropped Derrick off at pickleball and Pogo went to get us refreshers and croissants at Starbucks. I wasn’t hungry at all but I thought I should try to eat something to see how my stomach would react.
We picked Derrick up at 12:15pm and went to Mr Cream for a late breakfast. I just ordered toasts and orange juice. I was still not hungry. While waiting for our food, Deidre and I went to the one close boutique and she bought a few presents.
I took a good nap on our return and felt better. Pogo and I went to PT at 3pm and our guests went to the pool.
Today was the 4th time in a week that an iguana crossed the street in front of us. In all of the years we have been coming here, it had never happened before. Today, the car beside us must not have seen it and drove over its tail. Poor thing.
We went to dinner at Yeo and had incredible food. My favorites were the gyozas and the rock shrimp. Luckily (?) my appetite had returned and I enjoyed every bites.
We watched another episode of Larkside to Candleford, an old series we watched years ago and decided to introduce Derrick and Deidre to it.
I didn’t take any pictures besides dinner. On the way there, we saw a bunch of trees with some kind of orange Spanish moss on top.
Pogo’s friend shared an amazing picture of northern lights he took from his house in Mallets Bay, Vermont.

Glad you feel better
