Today was not a fun day. I woke up at 3:45am feeling very nauseous. I got up to sit on the couch and had to run to the bathroom. I had major Montezuma’s Revenge and visited the bathroom more times that I can remember. I even threw up. Pogo and I had exactly the same food all day, he was thankfully perfectly healthy, so I don’t know where I picked it up.

All that to say that by the time Pogo got up at 7am to go to pickleball, I went back to bed and was able to sleep for a few hours. I had a few more bathroom episodes but mostly slept on and off all day long. I felt so weak and I had major headache pressure. It was hard for me to read or concentrate on anything.

Pogo brought Mario to Bucerias so he could buy a new kitchen sink for their condo. They don’t own the condo but they decided that it would be money well spent.

I found out really bad news about my aunt who had just met with her oncologist. She has stage 4 cancer and she also has water on her lungs. She decided not do any treatments. After she left the room, the doctor told my cousin that without treatments, she might have 6 months left. I am so terribly sad and feel horrible to be so far away.

I was able to eat a little dinner while watching tv. I went back to bed at 9pm.
