We had to say goodbye to Mario and Josée, our partners in crime, this morning. I waved at their plane as it went by. I wonder if they saw me…
Max needed to spend the day working on a new project for her friend Nomadic Matt. He asked her to organized 2 full weeks trips to Oaxaca in September. She spent the day creating a schedule, reaching out to hotels, thinking of different excursions and calculating costs for everything.
Pogo had decided to return our minivan as we don’t need such a big car for the rest of our time here, so we went to the carwash and to put gas to find out that they didn’t have a car available until Wednesday.
We went to the bank and picked up a few items for dinner. We saw a Chinesse Restaurant in the grocery store. 🙂
We went to Panino for lunch. The only time we had been there, I had had a pesto chicken sandwich which had been delicious so I ordered it again. It wasn’t as good as before. I realized halfway through that they had not added the sundried tomatoes and the onion jam. So mean!
We came home and did nothing for the rest of the afternoon unless reading, watching tiktok and playing games on our ipad counts as doing something. Let’s say we did nothing productive.
Pogo made a fantastic shrimp and chorizo paella for dinner and we started watching The Power of the Dog. We were too tired to finish it. It is really tiresome to do nothing.

Wow, your husband is such an amazing cook!! (looks derishus!)
