Sylvie's Travels Home

We had planned to go do some shopping but Pogo found out that Micky was going back to the house to fix more leaks and he wanted to be available. Mark went to the house as well, to remove some of our new flooring…gulp…so Micky could get to the damage pipes. He finally found 7 leaks total. One was from a nail driven through a baseboard molding into the pipe. We assumed it happened when the new floors were installed. It had been leaking ever since. Micky put some glycol (anti freeze) into the pipes so they shouldn’t freeze anymore. Fingers crossed.

Meanwhile, we had contacted Daniel about the internet. It was finally fixed around 2pm. I hope we won’t have anymore issues for the rest of our vacation!!

Pogo also got some great footage of whales and dolphins this morning.

We spent some time on the beach, had shrimp tacos for lunch, and took it easy for the rest of the afternoon.

We went to Mario and josée for dinner. Pogo showed a few drone videos. We brought guacamole and shrimp cocktail and had steak, fish and baked potatoes and shared some great wines. Another really pleasant evening with friends.
